Mackay Tai Chi Story

World Tai Chi & Qigong Day 2017 dawned to blue sky and a gently breeze. The aftermath of Cyclone Debbie was put aside for the calmness of tai chi. We gathered at Bluewater Quay in the Mackay city with the Pioneer River at our side and the sun on our backs we became... One World...One Breath Here is our story. On Saturday, April 29, 2017 we joined in the Annual World Tai Chi & Qigong Day to educate our community and the world to the wonders of Tai Chi. We became a part of history! We attended this world health event and also joined in the live 24 Hour stream of the event and our sharing of tai chi was beamed around the world. It was a technological triumph for me and my crew, that is for sure.
